On a 2007 Mazdaspeed6 are there any holes behind the badges on the rear of the car or are the badges just glued on ?

Flying M badge at center has 2 holes. The Other badges are just double sided tape....

Well since someone needed to revive the post just to say it's been discussed a 1000000000 times is there anything in particular to use to plug the 2 holes behind the flying M badge that people on here are using or recommend?

Other than going to a bodyshop and having the holes shaved Im not sure there is anything you can do that is perminate and looks good... You could paint your flying M emblem body color to help it blend in. Or get the SU black one to darken it up.. Thats what I did on my VRMS6 all badges are black. Looks sweet on the red...

I never thought about painting it the colour of the car that's not a bad idea. I was just hoping someone made a plug for the 2 holes that was colour matched to your car but oh well.
