what's the status of my order(3398), specifically the forge bypass valve? it's been 2 weeks since you have marked it as shipped(apparently drop shipped by forge), but it has not arrived, and you have not given me any type of tracking information

when i called you, you said you would contact forge and find out the status on my order, but i never heard back from you. i understand that the holidays are a really busy season but i feel as if i am being given the run around. I hope to continue to have a business relationship with you and i would hate to have something as simple as a bypass valve to sour any future purchases i make with protegegarage.

if we cannot track down the bypassvalve, i would happily take a refund for store credit and use it for a SSQII kit for my car

FYI, i have recieved my test pipe and it looks great.

I have been emailing and calling Forge but not gotten a response. I have been busy but that is no excuse you are right. I have another customer (driver311) who is under the same circumstance with the same part no less. I will have an answer for you as soon as possible. If need be, I'll happily upgrade you to whatever you like at my cost, not retail pricing. PM me when you have time.
