bumper swap question

I've been considering buying a miata, and i'm really leaning toward to nb's. I like the looks of the 99-00 front bumper better than the 01-04's, so i was wondering if they are interchangable, and if it's pricey or any major modifications are necessary.

Hood, headlights, front bumper cover, & fenders are different. It's more hassle than it's worth to do the swap.

hood and fenders are the same. you can swap the front bumpers fine. But the headlights are different shapes, so may need to either trim, or swap those too.
