well so i live in GA and it never snows down there. i ended up driving home for christmas KAnsas City MO. well it snowed more of ice storm when i gett an hour away. I was going to commet that the tires didnt do to bad but then when i was a block away from my house my car decided it was time to go off roading no real dammage small cosmettic to the plastic bummper. but i cant just chalk it up to the tires beacuse while i was there numerous cars went sliding by.

Yes, the Potenza's that come on this car are not intended for snow or ice conditions AT ALL! I just picked my car up last week and I still cant find anybody who has 18" snow tires in stock and it just snowed like 4", not looking foward to my drive into work tomorrow :(

I got by all winter on the stockers last year. We might have had 8 inches of snow total for the year. While I wouldn't put those drives to and from work on my top 10 list for enjoyable events, it certainly wasn't terrible. I did far better than the chap who parks next to me trying to get his G35 out of the parking lot.

If you have one locally, Town Fair Tire has 18" snow tires. They were around $200 each though.
