what do you guys think? will it fit underneath a seat? or would you have to run the wires from the stock speakers all the way back to the trunk area and mount it?

No way fit under the seat but a great product. You will have to tap off the factory stuff to make the signals for that to work.

will I need Loc's and a new wiring kit? this looks like one of the better options for giving the stock system more oomph and gives you some more audio control again.

They have line level inputs or loc, you could convert to rca's but it is unnecessary. For that price I may grab one too. 250 for a 10" sub and 4 ch amp is a screaming deal.

:D will this void my warranty? I know it'll void the stereo warranty but I'm not worried about that, the alternator maybe anything else?

it depends how badly you screw up installing it. the warranty should be fine but if you use the pcm as a turn on source i cant guarantee anything. i have never had a problem with stereos and warrantys.
