P5 joy

I know before writing this little statement of joy that almost all of you fellow members notice the same but I just have to share this with you.

My P5 is an amazing car.
It's not fast.
It doesn't get the best gas mileage.
The paint chips easily.

But everytime I get behind the wheel, I get that awesome car feeling and just drive it like it's the first day I got it. Sometimes I just can't stop staring at it, it's not a ferrari, it's a little economy car!

This is why my P5 is amazing.

I still turn around to admire how good it looks. Just got complimented on it about 2 hours ago by a guy at autozone. And while I was htere getting new wipers an 05 WRX wagon pulled up and parked next to me. sure he might be faster, but it looked like an ugly duckling sitting next to the P5.

Yeah really! I've noticed that I get compliments at the strangest times. Like for instance when I got in an accident and screwed up the front end the first thing the responding state trooper said was "That's a nice car". I've also had people with STis, EVOs, etc compliment me on how it looks. I'm currently working to make it actually as fast as it looks...

I got a compliment by a guy with a s2k today! haha, and mine isn't even lowered yet haha. He also told me that he loved the way it sounds!

If I didn't like it I wouldn't have sold my old car to get this one! lol For me, everything just feels, 'right' in this car, the controls are in perfect positions, the steering is stiff but not too stiff, the ride is smooth but it still handles like a dream power is not amazing but It's not a handicap, and I can ride in this car from coast to coast and get out and not be one bit sore. The seats are probably my favorite part of the whole car.

Oh, and I'm partial to wagons. lol

I love my P5 also. For the money and space, you can't beat it. Awsome!!!
