Just put in my 3000k Apexcone HIDs in my lower fogs, let me know what you think:)

They really aren't too bright, its just how the camera took the picture. Look at the 194s in the high beam, they make it look like the highbeam is on, but dimmed. So with the wet ground, they made the fogs look much brighter than they actually are.
