Unfortunately if you live any north of kentucky that front lip should have been a common sense no no for the daily driver. But, I am still sorry for your loss none the less.

Ouch, that sucks-n-blows.
Man, I've seen more Mazda5 accidents posted this season than before. At least all has ended in twisted metal and "fokt-up" plastics only, nothing else. To get pissed-off, nonetheless.

Did you try to use it as a snowplow?
Just kidding. Sorry about the lost.
Even down here in Houston. I will still stay away from front lip. Some of the parking stops are way too high.

What did you run into....I'm sorry to see that damage because that lip was one of the better & more agressive looking lips available.

Mmmm yeah... Make me remember how really I really idiotly broke my bug deflector a couple weeks ago. Just bent over the hood to remove ice from a wiper, the end of the deflector got stuck in my coat (don't ask me why and how, I don't know) and just when I went back to my vertical position (standing up again), just heard a crack and there you have it. 65$ in the recycle bin...

BTW, what did that front lip cost you and did it come pre-painted?
I'm thinking of changing my front splitter for 2008 and really like that lip.
Regards,
Anthony
Living in canada=Please dont buy the front lip unless you like the above picture.
If its held by double sided tape thats one thing to remove it in the winter...wait a minute. If you guys live in canada, that means you have winter houses\trailers\campers in tampa FL...so the lip may work after all.
