So, one road trip and one pair of headphones cracked in half. My 3 yr old wastes no time. Where can I get extra headphones and how much are they??

You may be entitled to a free replacement from your dealer if it broke due to the conditions listed in the bulletin.

PERFECT! The picture in the TSB is exactly what I'm looking at.

Any idea where to see this somewhere else? I just had a pair break and want to see if this is it.
Thanks!

I got to it using this link. Looks like it may be the same one though...

FYI - When you go to do this, first of all, they have to order it, so call first, but also only do the headphones that are broken, don't replace both. I had 1 good pair and 1 broken pair, and I got another 6+ months out of the other "defective" set. The new ones, to me, look identical, so I don't know how they are reinforced better.
