Torque settings for Manifolds, Intake and Exhaust?

I'm going to have to replace bolts for my exhaust manifold. (pow)

Just wondering what the torque spec's are or if they're just hand tight...

Also, while I'm at it, I might change my intake mani gasket, any torque on that?
