tire size change...

Hi,

I have a 2004 3 GS and I need to put winter tires on it this week.

The stock wheels are 15 inch with 195/65/r15 tires. I found someone who is selling rims and winter tires from a Mazda 6 (205/65/r15).

Will this size change work? Any warranty issues? Will it mess with my spedo and mileage?

Let me know what you think. I'm meeting the seller tomorrow morning.

you are within safe limits. It amounts to a 2% gain. So when you are going 60 your speedo will read 59.

Also, apparently it's illegal for car manufacturers to install speedometers that read low so they intentionally make them read fast.
So, when you're going 60, the speedo is likely to read higher than 59. It may even out.
