ZL vs ZM

could someone tell me the difference between the ZL and the ZM 1999 1.6? is the timing the same ? i find lots of info on the ZM but not alot on the ZL
thanks in advance i needed some help on a timing issue

the Zl-ve is a 1.5L with Variable valve timing and the ZM-de is a 1.6l without variable valve timing, they use the same tranny and probably other parts, idk here click this link and then engine info for all the information u could ever want.

so mine has a 1.5? under the hood its marked 1.6 and the motor is marked zL damn now am really confused thanks for the link

Zl-DE has a different air manifold and smaller throttle body than the ZM-DE
