my buddy has a modded BMW M5, an older model, and he got this cool JDM style rear window spoiler. I was wondering do they sell this for our car?

i think i should take a class in custom fabrication, because i think this is the second accessory i wanted for my car that no one has made, i understand that the MS6 was not a mass produced car but the regular Mazda 6 can also benefit my ideas. For example, how hard can it be to take one of those auto exe grills, and cutting out the middle section and filling the sides....? i think im gonna but one on eBay for like 100$ and just have it customized to my design.
