Well I guess maybe this post was not so good ... but anyway I went today to get a quote only. For a resonator instead of the cat... 3in straight pipe... then about 5 inch before differential the Y pipe going into 2.5in to two Borla mufflers . $ 450.00 plus tax . . The garage has a good reputation in Jacksonville they do mostly performance exhaust. They suggested the Y up farther to give a cleaner look and it reduces the bends in the pipe going to the mufflers, makes sense to me. What do you guys think ?

thats a really good price i was told a custom would cost me close to $1000. Is it going to be full stainless steel? And is it going to be extrememly loud or a nice sound?

They said the borla muffler will wont make it to loud at all, more of a deep tone. But its not stainless set up.. just regular. Trust me i'd love to just get the corksport !!

Well yeah eventually but thats why your paying double for stainless. I would say with all the upgrades you have you should get the best of everything buts thats just me .... like i said if i had the money id go with the corksport custom all day long.

Let us know how the Borla's sound ... not too many of us using those mufflers as they are on the pricier side.

Hey just a suggestion.. you can paint the non-stainless parts with POR15 stuff.. that thing you can hit the metal with a hammer and it won't chip, you can bend it and it' won't crack... that stuff is awesome.

They have it for high heat applications as well.. look here:
