Grinding sound and lost 5th gear

So my MP3 is making a noise that sounds like a piece of foil sping around in the tranni. Also when I hit a bump on the driver side their is a scraping sound but there is nothing hitting the ground. I lost 5th gear. I can get it in 5th but then it pops out again but grinds alot to try and push it in. What do you think? FLYWHEEL, AXEL, TRANI SYNCRO?

Your tranny is going... you'll have a good laugh such as i did when the hole thing seises up. Then you get to look at such nice destruction as these pics. I bent the input shaft, possibly the output, lost 2nd, 4th and reverse.
