Value of my 3 after Frame Damage

I was hit by a dump truck 3 months after I bought my 2007 Mazda 3i Touring. There was frame damage along with other issues. Everything was fixed but Im trying to figure out how much I could sell it for (if i wanted to) with known prior frame damage. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am trying to recover diminished value.

Frame damage is a large safety issue. If it has not been 100% fixed to OEM standards, the car is worth nothing and you're setting yourself up for a lawsuit.

If it has been fixed, it has been fixed to OEM standards and the car is like any other car. Just be honest and market value is what it'll sell for.

Not if the frame damage is minor... As long as the frame is not twisted or bend overall, its OK.

Usually for an insurance company to total a car; the cost of repairs has to be very close, equal, or more than the cost of replacement.

If it was cleared by an insurance company it should be fine. If they gave it back to you....it should be good enough for anybody else.
