i have the obx, i love it, deeper sound, it removes the cat completely, and make sure that you take out the radiator fans for easier install
i had a problem fitting the first O2 sensor back in, but you can just use a short elbow tube bolt and it should work...maybe not, i dunno, i just only one O2 sensor and everything works fine (tho where im at i dont need emissions ;-)

no CEL without the first sensor?
well yes the light went on...for a couple of days, until i got sick of looking at it, so i simple pulled out the light! ta-dah!
but i the first one wouldn't fit in and i stripped the sensors threads trying to get it out of the stock header...oh well
i dont think it matters having two o2 sensors, the second is better b/c all the gases are mixed together when you get a reading from it...
what you guys think?

i'm not sure about that... I wired one 02 to both sets of wires on a friends grand am when he put a header on it... no light :D

I got the OBX header too for my 2.0L. I did the CEL non-fouler fix on the 2nd O2 sensor..and not CEL went on..
I luv the header..it made my car much louder now along with my catback exhaust.

all of the gases are mixed together as soon as they exit the combustion chamber.

Can you get a pic of the BBP. I've never heard of it. What are you trying to achieve with this header?

Lordworm should manufacture his custom header design for all the proteges

Hahaha
Someone wanna pay me for the hours that would need to go into each one? ;)
seriously, i'm not tooled up to do these in any sort of volume...MIG welding, cut off saw, and a whole lot of die grinding... i'm estimating it'll take 2 weekends to fab up 1 unit...which is why i haven't offered them to anyone.

design has cost me a lot of blood sweat and tears (not to mention quite a large wad of cash), and the IP belongs to me and 2 others....
I'd consider SELLING the design, but there wouldn't be much call for it so i wouldn't think anyone would be keen on buying it =)

I know this might be far fetched...but does anyone know where I could source a Wagner header? It's the only one that will keep me STS legal.
