Wich sparks do You recommend NGK or Denso?(boom03)

I have a doubt about Denso Iridium number...is IK16 or IK20?(uhm)

I have the NGK Iridium Spark Plugs on my 2.0L Protege, and i love it... if you are going to change your spark plugs maybe change you wires also. I did and the engine feels like it runs smoother.
