how much oil does our cars take? i put in 3 and a half quarts and it says full...i hope this is right i did search and couldn't find anything

Mine varies from 3.5 to 4 quarts....i usually take the whole 4 though. I assume it just depends on how long u let the old oil drain.

I think the exact is 3.7 but I always do a full 4.

Add it the next day when u burn up the oil u just put it.....

I always buy 5qt containers. It stays in there until I need it for the next change. C'mon now!

And even with 66K+ it does not burn a drop of oil.

Jeez... 4 qts?? My car only takes about 3.3-3.5 and I usually end up a little over full on a level surface on a cold morning.

ok just making sure cause to me most cars take like 5. thanks for the help guys
