AWR fabricated trailing arms all with adjustable spherical heim joints and the spacers needed to custom fit the kit to the rear suspension of a 3gen Protégé 100.00 plus shipping. These are not the ones you see on AWR’s web site they are much beefier made from aircraft gradee radius rods and upgraded stainless him joint with derlin bsuings.

AWR front control arms which make a great complement to the rear links and arms. I'm asking $300.oo USD for both plus $25.00 for shipping. Which is less than half price if bought new from AWR. Plus you get the special pin and collar ball joint for bumper steer / camber gain correct which is extra from AWR. The new with the ball joints it would be over $800.00 USD. And they only say about a dozen events just like the rest of the suspension. There is a few nicks in the powder coat form when I had to replace the broken axles and when I had to but in a transmission. Great new for all you 1.6ers planning on going turbo in the future. I have the one major component needed to make a turbo kit for the 1.6 ZM motor the laser cut Stainless Steel exhaust header flange. Everything else is universal parts that can bought and easily fabed up. I few left once ther gone ther gone I'll not be able to get anymore. I'm letting them go for $50.00USD. PM me if interested.

For all you guys and gals that are thinking about a turbo kit or a NA header I have the most important piece for making the kit or header the exhaust flange! They are port matched and laser cut from stainless steel (three left) or steel (one left) for use on the 3gen 1.6 ZM Head. Everything else can be bought as a universal item and then just fabricated. $80.00 plus shipping. FYI when they are gone they are gone I don't not have the ability to make any more.

As Witchdoktor is doing by documenting the forged build of the ZM motor. If the two guys I've sold the fornt BBK kit and rear drum to disc conversion kit are willing to make some drawings(tracings) on graph paper of the brackets along with listing all the diameters and dimensions before they install them, that would allow all the the other 3gen 4x100 Protegees to build their own front BBK and rear drum to disc conversion kits. Also would need a list of either the part numbers for the Wilwood calipers and rotors or detail descriptions i.e. caliper mounting hole/tabs length, distance, and diameter then the rotor hat dimensions with the rotor overall diameter and thickness measurements. Armed with all that info one could get the brackets made at machine shop or make them yourself and then give all the info on the rotors and calipers to say good race shop like HRP WORLD, CDOC, Wilwood direct , AWR, etc and they be able to get the proper caliper rotors and some stainless brake lines with proper adapter to hook up to the stock hard lines and calipers. I had all the info but after several computer cashes and my home burning to the ground in 04 lost it all.

THis is a flange so that you can make your own DIY turbo header or N/A header or have one made, see my thread http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123691052 for more info.

THe flange can be seen in the picture (has #2 written on it) between the turbo header (aka turbo exhaust manifold) and the turbo with down pipe attached.
