F/S stock msp upper grill

i just got my jdm grill so im gonna sell the stock grill. im askin 30 plus shipping. the grill is in great condition no chips, nicks or scratches.

the orange part is plastic, right? I was planning to replace my chipped upper grille and paint it silver. Would it be possible to properly sand the orange off the plastic, re-primer and paint it? Haven't tackled anything like this before but if it's possible without damaging the plastic, i might be interested.

the orange is plastic and it is possible, but no priming would be needed if there is no plastic showing....u can just scuff the orange and paint it
