If you wire them straight to the battery do they work?

then they'd be on all the time, it says your just supposed to connect them to the stock connector for the halogen h4's.
no no no if you wire them straight to the battery, does the HID light work. i'm not retarded i know you aren't going to wire them straight to the battery. I'm trying to find out if its a wiring problem or a ballast/ignitor problem

I have an HID kit in my MSP. However, when I had one in my SPEC-V, I had to take the negative and positive wires that go into the headlight plug and reverse them.

Swap the wires around. Reverse the power flow.

I had the same problem when I installed mine. I noticed that you used the 2 outer plugs when connecting the wires from the bulb to the ballast connector. But on my kit I had to use the top middle plug which just happened to be the ground. And then just move the other wire from the left or right one. One side will only work with the brights on, the with the regular headlight settings. I hope this helped you out!

i actually got it to work, you need to have the ground on the top middle plug (black wire) and then the posotive on the right side of the plug (blue wire) they started right the **** up... lol looks sick too, i'll try to get some pics if anyones interested.
