find the wire that powers the alarm and cut it!

Is it an aftermarket alarm or one that was integrated into the car when it was purchased brand new?
Should be a wire coming off of the positive side of the battery.
If its integrated from the factory hard to say where it is but I can look into it for you.
Just need to know some more details.

the one that came with the car brand new. the little red LED is on the left side of the dash under some buttons. it sounds like i have a blinker on everytime i get in the car. :(

you need to find the mother unit as in the actual box making the noise and cut it off of power, I must encourage only do this if you do not desire to have it anymore.
Depending on where you live id just get a viper or something.

yea i dont really need it... its a cheap college car i got for $1800. i mean i still car about it but the alarm doesnt do much anyways if its just lighting up and clicking haha. i mean i can still start and drive the car just fine...

Trace the wire to the "box" I am assuming its one of those cheap ass little ones that senses vibration and goes nuts. Once the power is cut off your good :)
