Search there was a thread about this.
Most importantly though soak the o2 sensors with pb blaster. Crack them loose adding more pb and tighten. Do this a lot, each time backing more out and adding more pb. If not you may strip the threads (they are m18x1.5mm) Mine had 3000 miles and they were a bitch.
Other than that its straight forward really. I did it on my back (no lift) with a catback in 4 hours I think.

Oh yeah the o2 wire connectors are over the drivers side axle or some wacky spot also. Undo them from underneath before you unscrew the sensor.

Use a half inch drive impact gun with a swivel and semi deep 14mm to break the 5 turbo bolts loose as they are really tight and a ratchet or wrnch will most likely round them.

I have it, along with the Protege Garage Race Pipe. (idhitit)

The combo made a HUGE difference with my car.

Are there any CELs when doing these downpipes and test pipes? Or is there a O2 simulator or something (for the test pipe)???

O2 trick in the second o2 sensor on the downpipe. The car doesn't moniter the cat in the test pipes anyway.

I still get an intermittent CEL with the O2 spacer in place.

I got mine instaled today took me 2-1/2 to 3 hours. The but dyno tells me that it made a little difference, that means I need to get the racing cut out soon.

cel = idiot light = check engine light whatever you want to call it. I havent had any problems with second o2 sensor yet. No you dont have to drop the crossmember however you need to drop the cross bracing.
