looks like its much faster ... the 1.3l has 82hp and the 1.5l has 101hp
i might go with the 1.3l bc 101hp seems like it would be a lil too fast for me.
either way, im sold!

lol

any thoughts?

honestly though if thing is less than 16g's which i dont see why it wouldnt. i would rock it as a daily so my ms3 wouldnt get so many miles on it.. its probably got some good mpg's.

I think every car maker underestimates the market for cars like that in North America. Not to mention all the Diesels available in Europe.

that black one is kinda cool looking. and if my research is right, the rumor is a 2.0 DISI turbo in the MPS version. so approx. 230 horses in a 2100-2200lbs car. that could be fun.

Nice Camaro. The MPS version looks nice. I wouldn't even consider the car otherwise though. The MS3 is a tad tight for me so I can only imagine the lack of room in this xA sized vehicle

Mazda has announced that they have NO PLANS to bring their Mazda 2 into the US market. They are leaving that for big brother Ford who is planning on introducing a model to compete against the Yaris, Fit, and the upcoming MB Smartcar...

Then again money talks and if there ends up being enough demand Im sure they will consider changing those plans...

(from website)

Two 1.3-liter inline-fours offer 74 or 82 horsepower. The big-daddy 1.5-liter spews out 101 horsepower and gently tugs on the asphalt with a cool 100 pound-feet of torque. The five-speed manual did not have to be internally reinforced to handle this power output.

impressive!! it can handle a whole 101 hp and 100 lb-ft of torque w/ needing chassis reinforcements!!! (second)
(rlaugh)

although, I must say the MPS version is pretty sexy, as long as it comes w/ the 2.0 disi
