Cracked Wheel(Rim)

Has anyone here gotten a cracked Rim. Right in the middle of the spoke, I noticed it this morning when I got back from SC(250mile drive). It's less than 9 months old and I have 14k miles on a 27 month lease. Would this be covered under warranty. Upon further inspection i think there is a small crack in another one also.

Most likely, take it in and see what they say, not much if you have not changed the tires.

A friend of mine's Explorer wheel cracked and the dealer denied him warranty on it saying it was wear and tear and that he could have hit a pot hole, etc.

I think I will inspect mine carefully after reading this. If the edge of the rim is not dented, then a pot-hole didn;t do it and it should be covered. JMO Ed 9/18/07 I just checked my wheel and found no cracks. Ed
