Mp3 question

Hey I just got in a accident and my P5 is now a gonner since i cant find a mazdaspeed protege in the salt lake city utah area I was thinking of a mp3 i found. So the question is can i turbo the mp3

sure can....just find someone selling an MSP turbo kit and get an MSP ecu and you'll have an Mazdaspeed MP3 :D

Thank you evil monkey I think that is all that I need to seal the deal it only has 50000 miles and the guy wants 5,000 for it I mean its sad to lose the p5 but this may make up for it

That's a great deal on that car for sure...just make sure to do a background check on the car with Carfax and whatnot, and make sure you give the car a full once-over before signing on the dotted line

Definately what CulRidr said. That is pretty cheap for a "low" miles MP3.

Do your homework on it. Otherwise, congrads on the MP3, it will not disappoint.

does it matter which MSP you are looking at or will only certain one fit on the MP3.

The MP3, Mazdaspeed, and Protege 2.0L (ES and GT i believe) all have the same 2.0L engine. All the cars are the same appart from upgraded suspention on the MP3 and Mazdaspeed, and a turbo on the Mazdaspeed... and well and some stuff like different seats and steering wheel for the MP3 and Mazdaspeed.
