Clean them really good and then fill them with 3M Window Weld....works like a champ and you'd kick yourself for not trying it before you go and spend the money on after market mounts

I wouldn't replace them with stock, the stock mounts will just go bad again. Your cheapest options would be filling the stock mounts like dcbeggs suggested. Next would be inserts, AWR makes side inserts, RR racing and Corksport makes front/rear inserts. All four inserts would be about $100. If you want to totally replace the mounts then AWR makes front/rear mounts, SLS makes front and passenger side mounts, and SU makes all four mounts.
All of these are stiffer than stock and will cause some vibration, how bad depends on what mounts and what durometers you go with.

How many miles? Most everyone who has ever removed a stock MM has removed it broken.

^^ yeah I agree it's so easy to tear the stock mounts even if you drive like a granny.

inserts or custom filling is the way to go. I had custom filled for a while and loved them, and upgraded to a front AWR. Together, the only vibration you'll feel will be with the AC on at idle...and it's really not that bad.
Have fun with whatever you choose :)

AWR does not make side mounts, only front/rear.
I just tried to order them from Ken myself.

Really? Does it stiffen the mount? I may just try that. Does it work in the -40 weather?
