wastegate spring mod?? I don't remember seeing anything on this before. What exactly have you done and what benefit does it give you?

Yup, but i wasnt going to say anything about it in his nitrous thread. I dont recall seeing any solenoids either and the nozzle looks odd.

Is that what they are putting in the 08's or was that a production mistake?

it is an 07. and i had no idea my bpv pipe was from a ms6. my solenoids are behined the heat shields on the firewall. and the nozzel is a dry set up. Can someone post some pics of the ms3 and ms6 bpv pipes so i can see the difference.

the spring mod is actually from the srt-4s. im yet to know if its actually working. but with the spring mod on it tends to try to keep the boost up. it spikes then holds 15 then spikes again and so on. with out the spring mod its just the normal spike then hold 15 then drops to 10. so i guess it sortoff works

I used to run one of those on my SRT... worked pretty nice for a $6 mod. Raised my boost from 15 to 18 psi and held like 2-3 more psi by redline. I never ran it at the track but a few guys dropped like .3 of a second after adding the spring.

How is it done?

just my opinion but I think the stock rims look better than what you have on.
