Why don't you just ask on of the guys here on the forum with a nice MSP to just even trade... I'm pretty sure you'll find a few takers :D
Maybe its because it seems like a vast majority of people that own evos are just rich punk bitches...
And MSP owners know what the hell their doing...for the most part...sorta...maybe...
who knows

^ So you are going to sell your car because of a sterotype? Shit, i'd keep it, screw of what people think of me or 'my kind.'

although he may not admit it, it could be due to financial reasons....
Anyway, welcome back! If I were you, I would try to pick up a spicy. They truly are a rare and beautiful gem.

Yeah well look at Pirana ... he had a freaking NSX and traded it for an MSP. I would say to each its own. I would rather own an evo, but then again thats just me. I do love the MSP though.

the evo is a whole diferent class, you could switch to a mazdaspeed3 but why would you want to go from 4wheel drive 300plus hp, to front wheell 170 hp?

I agree it's probably for financial reasons, i know the payments and insurance on the Evo are not cheap.
but hey, gotta love the MSP it's really a great car.

when you start modding, a msp isin't cheap neither.

Lol your guys' comments are funny. It is/ and isn't for finacial reasons. Here's why. .
1. The feel of a Msp is better (for a daily driver)
2. The msp is cheaper
3. You don't see msp's everywhere like you do evo's (well at least in Utah)
4. I'm buying a brand new house and would like to have a cheaper car payment.
Overall the evo is a great car and responds to mods VERY well! But, I've missed the msp since day 1! You can call me crazy but thats just me! Ya the Evo is fun (especially since im 320whp + ) But, I fell in love with the msp when I had and I was stupid to get rid of it. The payments on the evo aren't too bad (450$ a month + 180 insurance) But, like I said before the Msp is more of a daily driver.
Well if anyone is interested here are some specs on the evo:
-MODS-
3" Hks turbo back exhaust (with test pipe)
Megan tubular manifold
Megan o2 housing
Bushur racing 10.5 hotside
Aem intake with Hks filter (real hks not ebay)
Jdm evo 7 tails
MR vortex generator
Skunk 2 springs
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Hks turbo timer
Jesen 7" touchscreen motorized monitor+dvd player
Uk style black headlights with 6000k hids
Forge Bov (Recirc)
Custom tune by 4 wheel slide
Forced performance wastegate
Hallman MBC set at 22 psi (in-cock pit control)
18" axis wheels with falken tires
-Service details-
Oil changed EVERY 3000 miles (Mobil 1 full synthetic always!)
Transmission, transfer case, and rear diff. changed EVERY 6,000 miles with Mitsubishi Diaqueen fluid
Timing belt changed 10,000 miles ago
Wheels and tires only 3 weeks old
-Problems-
The ONLY thing wrong with the car (besides a few rock chips) is the clutch JUST went out. But, I have a brand new ACT HDSS (497 ft. lbs torque) and 10.5 lb. Gruppe-s flywheel ready to install! (They will come with the car! I just paid 900$ for the clutch plus flywheel)
PRICE- $24,500 OBO just hit 60,000 miles (just paid 2,600 on wheels and tires and nearly $1,000 for a clutch and flywheel and $600 for a timing belt and install!)

Sounds beast! I would pay 450 a month for that car. Why did the clutch go out though? Beating on it?

Actually Evo clutches only last about 30,000 miles normally. (Stock clutch anyway) I actually really don't get on it anymore. When I first got it I had a heavy foot, but after 2 weeks that was all. The car has been to the track a total of two times.

Yeah, I've heard horror stories about Evo clutches from friends with them, so to last as long as it did, sounds like he took care of it to me!

dude isn't 25g's alittle high for 60,000 miles new ones are 30,000
new ones are 31,500.
Check the suggested retail for the car on nada.com or kbb.
i'm asking 500$ more than the suggested retail for over 8,000$ in parts alone.
