Based off the results on other boards, and by personal results of a co-worker of mine, I ordered the Axxess iPod integration kit. The total price was approximately $150 shipped, and hopefully will work well. this kit allows for ID3 tag information on the display, and still allows use of the steering wheel controls.
unfortunately, there are only a couple places that sell this kit, and none are authorized vendors, so i cannot advertise them here.
they can be found on eBay, however.
its supposed to be here tomorrow, so i will post pics of the install and let everyone know how it goes. heres hoping it works properly :)
