Well I'm new to the whole mazda protege world and absolutely love my '02 LX and this website.
I'm just starting to mod my car (just bought a Mazdaspeed axleback) and can't wait to buy some headers to match. (anybody who has contacts or "a guy" that you get these from please feel free to PM me with any details). I don't think I want to go turbo, just 'refine' the N/A status my car has...
But today, a girl smash into the left side of my beloved protege and mangled the 2 door panels and the piece below that (not sure what it's called). It was completely her fault and her insurance will pay for the damages (approx $2500 i found out today), but in the meantime I've got a hurting protege and a hurting heart. Nobody was hurt though (except for my protege). The doctor says she'll (my protege) be just fine, but her car memory will be scarred for life...
I suppose that's what I get for living in a college/retirement city...
