Hey all,
Just moved here (Fuquay-Varina) from Florida, and I'm planning a rebuild of my engine, FS-DE, before I hand it off my MP3 to my nephew. I'm tenatively planning to do this next summer (2008). I was wondering if there is anyone locally in the Raleigh -Durham area that has taken on a rebuild project before that would be willing to lend some tech advice? The car has a little over 93k miles on it, and I know i will need to replace the rings on at least one piston (will probably just put 4 new pistons in there). Tranny was just rebuilt this past July so that is one less thing to do. Anyways, just trying to find someone whose willing to lend some advice.
