So looking to add in a few gauges into the MSP. Now my stereo has a 2din stereo deck in there so putting gauges into the 1din spot cannot be done.

So other then a A pillar for 3 gauges, where else can i mount them. I seen that there is a Bezel where 2 gauges go near the stock ones but that is no longer made. A steering wheel gauge would be alright for boost but that about the only thing i would keep there.

Currently the gauges i want to install are

Boost, Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Water Temp, EGT, (and later when i get a WB, a wideband gauge). So in total 6 gauges.

Anyone have idea's? pics? i aint great at self fabbing (especially with fiberglass so making my own bezel thing would be....shoddy at best).

Thanks!

i've seen where people fab up a gauge pod where the passenger's airbag is...and there are the 2-gauge pods that mount behind the blinker/high beam switch...other than that, i'm not sure.

definately dont wanna be mounting anything where the passenger airbag is... LOL... get into an accident and the person beside me has my water temp imprinted on their forehead! LOL

i think 2 gauges behind the blinker/high beam is the Bezel ones.. unless you have some other ones?

6 would be challenging to do. I think you would have to go with the tripple A pillar then get a single pod to mount on the center of the steering wheel column and then get a custom steering wheel gauge bezel from mryellermp5 found here http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123647657&page=11 or find someone else that makes them. Another Idea would be to go with the PLX Devices DM-100 gauge that can show you up to 4 sensors at once found here http://www.plxdevices.com/ Depending on if you needed to see all 6 gauges displayed at once, that one gauge could solve your problem because you can have up to 32 sensor modules hooked up to it. So you could have all your Boost, Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Water Temp, EGT and Wideband on one gauge, but you would only be able to see 4 at one time. If you needed to see all 6 at the same time and had enough money you could get 2 of the PLX gauges. Or maybe one PLX gauge and then 2 other gauges...Well I hope these ideas help you out.
