hey guys i'm trying to install my new swaybar and i can't seem to thread one of the bolts into the subframe. . . . the stock bolt won't thread either. . . .is there anything i can do?

Is it in partially and you can't get it back out, Or is it all the way in and you can't remove it?

the bolt is all the way out and when i try to thread it in it threads alittle bit gets really really tight and then when i turn it it pops out

Is it really hot where you're working? Maybe the bolts/frame have expanded. Maybe try again this evening...*
*I'm totally guessing and am probably wrong...

i dunno man all i know is i can't get the swaybar in if it won't thread into this nut in the subframe. . . . any way i can get the nut off of there and use a new one?

is there any tension on the sway bar .. try losing the other bolt just to have a little play pb blast and try to clean threds...

the bar isn't even on yet i'm trying to put the bolt in by itself and it won't thread i'll try cleaning the threads
