oke, i need some ideas on a couple of engine/turbo upgrades....
if your car is modded MSP "even with stock turbo" can you post your upgrades, cost, and HP....please and thank you...just looking what i could do to mine...

Well that depends of how much money you want to spend. with money you have Infinite posibilities.. post some budget and we all can start from there giving you a hand.. and also what exactly do you want to have...

-injen CAI/AEM filter ($100)
-hiboost fmic + hardpipes + HKS bov ($640)
-Vibrant 3" exhaust ($650)
-Unichip w/JDMsam custom tune ($550 + i'd rather not share)
-EBC @ 8psi, stock turbo
that was all about $2k without the custom tune, and im around 240 whp & tq.
Everything i have, i bought used.
There are a lot more little things that don't necessarily help with power, but nonetheless needed imo.
-Motor mounts ($90)
-vac lines/extra couplers/vac T's/clamps/a bunch more random AutoZone shit.... (probably ~$100 ish)
-guages & mounting hardware ($160)
-spark plugs ($12)
-Kartboy hangers ($30)
-need to weld LSD ($100)...

There are stickies that have the parts available for the MSP read those first. That being said.
I also have all used parts on the car but that's how al ot of us are able to afford to modify our cars.
-Spool stage 1 turbo kit $660 used
-upgraded turbonetics t3 60-1 turbo
-spearco front mount intercooler I got both of these for payment on a job.
-3" DP back exhaust custom made w/ HKS carb ti muffler. I payed too much but it was pieced together over time.
-Custom water injection due to leaking radiator and open turbo. Free! Probably why my car was smoking white Toly.
-MPI tuner $400+ hrs of tuning a lot of gas money.
Made 249whp, need more fuel. Then more boost, yay!

You made 227/251 with cai, fmic, and exhaust?!?!?! JESUS. That's exactly what i have on my car, plus a custom-tuned unichip... was it -40degrees out when you dynoed?? NICE freakin numbers, sounds like you're lucky. EMS will help a ton.

i had 260 at the wheels till my motor blew pushing 12psi spiking 14, mods are in my sig

i really dont know lol, i got the Split Second AFC Ver. 2 installed and i was busy then i had clutch and flywheel put in and is was taking it easy and properly breaking in the cluthc and my car has been down for about 1 month konwing trying to get time to finish putting in my GT28RS. so i can wait the that sob in there and then see what my #'s will be.

I can inagine it's pretty wicked. The stock turbo is just insane for low RPM and it's quick responce. I had too much trouble with it not letting me have traction. Now I have all mid to top end power and traction.

Those are some nice numbers for a car with such minimal mods.. Its good to see what 11 lbs of boost will do with some minor mods..

well im kind of trying to brake the motor but im not, cause if i brake then i can get the forged internals but im kind of not ready to put that money out right know. But i dont drive it at the boost daily.

I was thinking that a while ago also. I was just scared if the block breaks or you damage the turbo? Then you'd be out a core for another block or a turbo or both. That's why I decided to baby it until it gets forged.

i baby it when i just drive around, but at the track i dont at all. So its just time for me, im hoping if it happens its next summer.
