need more information about your setup to answer that. If you are saying that you just took out your bpv...then you will boost low and erratic at best.

dear lord yes you could fuck up your turbo real bad. If you have no bov either that is? you NEED to have either bov or bpv...otherwise without some fancy-assed driving, when you are in boost and you switch gears, the compressed air has nowhere to go when the throttle closes for that split second. Only one way to go...back out through the turbo. That will reverse the blades and could do bad things... get a bpv OR bov. or both.

so that means i need to make a nipple on the hot pipe and a whole in the cold pipe and connect the bpv between correct? it has to go from those 2 pipes only correct no other way

or get a bov welded on.

it'd be a lot easier just to get a bov flange welded on, or get a piece of pipe with it already there, and weld or couple that to your existing pipe.

Check these. The 2nd down is just a flange to be welded onto your pipe, the 3rd thing down is a section of pipe with the flange already (both for the HKS ssqv):

Also, you don't have to put it on the hot pipe, you can put it on the cold pipe which most people do -- it's probably easier. To not stall, you will need to EITHER relocate your maf; or recirculate the air back into your intake. I would relocate, so it goes like this:

intake--turbo--hotpipe--intercooler--coldpipe--bov--maf--throttlebody

but to answer your question, you would need to put the bpv going from a pressure-tube, to a non-pressure tube. So, either going from the coldpipe to the intake, or the hotpipe to the intake.
