ok so yesterday i installed my msp axleback and my wagner shorty headers
it was pretty fricken hard, i tried to get the stock axleback off on saturday but the bolts were stuck and me and my friends resorted to cutting them off, big mistake, so it was still stuck on, and we just gave up, so i went to my dads friends house and he got the other bolt off with the air compressor gun thingy, and then chipped off the bolt that we cut off, then we got everything off, but we had to run to home depot to get bolts, so i guess now im a ricer because i went to home depot for parts, crappy, so then we got it all on good,

then we started the header, got most of the bolts and screws on, the 5 screws that hold the stock header to the primary car were pretty stuck, the bolts wouldnt come off and we ended up breaking one off, so then we got everything on and it was good, except that fricking egr thingy, we couldnt get it lined up perfectly so we just screwed it on and it didnt got on good so now that is leaking, and i think if we undo the bolt it will mess something up, and we started the car and it was all good but you can feel some air coming from the egr thing,

soooo

wtf can i do about that leaky egr thing? is there like some high heat stuff that i can wrap around it or something

yeah and my header is held onto the primary cat with 4 bolts, is that alright?

and now i cant pass safety check which i found out was expired because the guy said it was too loud, i cant fit a silencer in the exhaust and i cant put the stock one back on, if i went to the mazda dealership would they be able to do anything about it since it is a factory part?

ok thanks

you have the round tip msp axleback too right? i think i saw on some other thread, because thats the same one i have, would you say that it is loud and that you could hear it from 50 feet away? because i cant get my safety check because the guy said it was too loud

its kind of pissing my off, my exhaust is not that loud, i think its all the ricers fault, all the hondas with loud 3 inch exhaust are making the safety check people assume my 3 inch exhaust is too loud

and i think its stupid because the guy had me rev to test the sound, so at first i revved soft, then he said push the gas down more, i thought he was joking or something so i pushed it all the way down, then he told me it was too loud, isnt it just loud at high rpms?

Mine's a little louder than stock, but not much. And I'm not running a header.
