are you asking if you should get a wideband first and then engine mods? No flaming intended but theres a billion "What mods should i do first" threads out there. Search some past threads and I am sure you'll get a good idea of where to start.

1st mod exhaust its one of the best 1st mods you can do. and then just continue on up from there depending on ho wmuch power you want to make you wont have to go that far

crashkelly's right, there's a gazillion threads on this. But the quick answer is always exhaust, intake, headers(but you have an msp, so forget that one)

I personally enjoy proteges much more than Hondas. I think they drive better and you can get just as much power out of them. I've never lost a race to a honda.
But to each his own
Good luck

Dude man, I'd be happy to help you out and I'm sure everyone else would be too. You just gotta be a little more specific in your question. I didn't know crap when I started to turbo my car, but I came here and they really helped. Everyone's still helping me.
Feel free to PM me if you want to. I don't really know much, but I'd be more than happy to try to help.
:)
