Cruise Control Deactivates when using blinkers to change lanes

Anyone else seeing this? First time I had a vehicle where the cruise control does this when changing lanes. Resume brings it back but curiuos if this is the norm for the CX-9.

Mine has no this. I have tried this and Cruise does not deactivate when blinking changing lane.

On some car models, if a tail light or brake light is out, the cruise will cut off when changing lanes.

Mine does not have this issue, either.
I have used cruise control in several cases, changed lanes, etc. No dis-engaging.

I would take Robert's advice and check the tail/brake lights, just to be sure.

After I thought about it for a while, I now remember my 02 Cavalier would deactivate the cruise when I used the turn signals when one of my back blinker bulbs was burned out. Strange...but true.
