Beeezz engine sound on the 1.6L ??

My 99' protege DX is stock and the engine makes a beezzz electric noise, idk why! Any suggestions?

Btw what if i get a custom intake but bigger size than the stock tubing?

I'll appreciate any opinion! (headbang)
