I refinanced my car back in Feb. Quite a few payments left as far as I know. Yesterday I got an official looking title in the mail with the current lienholder's signature on the lienholder released part of the title dated Feb 26th which is who it was refinanced with. No 2nd lienholder info on it. It doesn't have any jargon about this being a temp title-it looks like the one I should get when the loan has been paid off. I'm all like WTF? Who paid off my car for me? Of course I'm sure that it is not just so simple that I need not send any more payments since I have the title. Having the CFO (wife) call in and vaguely ask about loan balance to see WTF. Hers is financed thru same people so we should be able to tell something from what balance they show remaining. Trying hard to not to celebrate some huge clerical screwup just yet. Crazy shit. This looks nothing like any temp title. The document looks just as official as the one for my truck which I know is mine & has no loans. If this shit plays out in some whak positive fashion there's gonna be a big pool party barbeque shindig in Htown for a buncha mazdafreaks to be sure!

they sent it to you on accident. you are required by low to send it to the new leinholder. if u dont they will prolly go the legal route to get it. they will find out, it might just take time so id save the headache and send it to them.

if its not signed over to you, its not going to do you good, plus since you refinanced its a legal agreement and they will definately take u to court at some point and youd never win.

Seriously, I'm not gonna fuck with none of that shit. I already fully realize everything you said, I'm not 20 & this ain't my first loan or anything like that so let's just savor the novelty of it shall we? BTW, the current lienholders name is the one that signed the release spot on the lienholder area on the title, not the old one, that seems strange. I would expect the old lienholder to have signed the release area & mail it to new lienholder & I wouldn't have ever had it in my hands. That's what makes it kinds goofy & then sucks to have title & have to hand it over & keep paying to get it back like some cruel joke. And that's why I'm just goofin out havin fun with it for the moment. I'm not delusional or that naive......PARTY! I own my car for the week until they call me on it FTW! LOL.............I'll even fuck with them about mailing my title around unecessarily risking my personal info & such just for fun too.

Aye cuidado! Peligroso! I know, I know like I said I'm not twenty. I fully understand the concept of not looking for trouble unecessarily. It finds you too often as it is & is much easier to get into than out of.

i wasnt implying u were 20 , nieve or anything. i was just sharing my thoughts on the moment. You didnt sound like u were joking and i was just trying to look out for you. you dont have to get defensive or anything, im sure you would handle it the right way.

No worries mahn. Appreciate folks' concern. I'm just clownin with the retarded way things play out nowdays. The ironic illogical annoying nonsense of this day & age are just pure comedy. Just gotta play along sometimes ya know.

Ah, marriage... you poor saps. Haha oh em jee jay kay.Not exactly, it's teamwork. Let's just say it's very beneficial to have a wife that's also a kickass teammate.
