I did the same when some ass cop decided to block the only entrance into my apt complex so I had to go against traffic in the outbound lane making a sharp turn and curbed the driver side rim a little.

I feel your pain. I pulled into TGI Fridays for dinner the other night saying damn that's a high curb I'll be careful opening my door. Sure enought while thinking that the front bumper goes right up and over it. Torn the $hit out of the bottom of it. I knew it would happen it just sucks when its totaly your own fault right?

It's much worse when it's not your fault, my husband has managed to curb 2 of my rims. I don't know why I let him drive my car.

if cop wasnt in car i would have left a nice note mabe on a ticket or something Impeading the Flow of Trafic and you know if he was watching you go the wrong way he would have pulled you over for that. i park about a foot away from curb unless i go to bar then i try to get as close without hitting as posible crazy drunk people like to put dents in my car thankefully not my new one yet.

I guess I should have been more specific, the cop had pulled someone over and stopped right inside the entrance. Pull me over, the hell with that how else am I supposed to get into my home. My apt that I pay out the ass for.

my GF curbed one of my rims at least she told me and didnt' let me find out on my own. i was still pissed but at least she was honest

last week the wife gave the passenger front rim the curb treatment. I was not too happy, but I guess its in the bank when I do something to the car (only a matter of time I 'spose)

If it makes any of you guys feel better to know... i curbed my pass. side rim 3 days afetr i got the car... but some guy pulled out in front of me and instead of hitting him i decided to curb the wheel... its not soo bad

Only if the wheel is damage in a way that it is unsafe or will not let the tire hold pressure. Cosmetic is not covered.

Only thing that was my fault was the wheel but I can blame that on the bank for making the curb so suck. My car should be back today hopefully from the other damages.
