so i just bought the wagner shorty header, do i need to lift the front end of the car up to install it, and will the install be similar to the header install in the how to section?
and i also have to install my axle back, what is the best way to install that? Is it safe to just jack of the back of the car? or is it better to just slide under the car? I assume i will just need some grease or something to get the stuff out of the exhaust hangers and a variety of wrenches and stuff

youll need silcone lubricant (liquid wrench) and a 14mm wrench to install the axleback. and yes, put the rear up on jackstands
i would suggest jacking up the front end of the car when you install the headers as well. how else will you bolt it to the second cat?

For the shorty header, jack up the car, loosen the bolts underneath where the J pipe connects to the body. And take your time tightening everything.
I suggest that you tighten the bolts underneath first and work your way back.

the wagner shorty header will install without getting under the car - everything can be done right from the top

It can be but to allow for a better fit I had to loosen the bolts underneath.
Otherwise the stock or shorty header will not clear the studs.
