I am finally going to install a stock replacement manifold this weekend. I emailed Jet-Hot about coating the manifold, but they replied that they don't recommend coating the inside as it will destroy the turbo if the coating fails. Anyway, to the point: Has anyone had success with relief cuts for the stock manifold. Are there any other processes that may be executed to prevent this from reoccurring? Please don't say buy an aftermarket...I know. If there had been one easily available I would have jumped on it.
