Sorry if the pics are a bit blurry but you get the idea, just thought a subtle change was needed nothing too much

Wow, that looks really nice, how did you do it?

polarisation was done by pulling out the radio unit - peeling off the film on the lcd screen then putting on another film which inverted the screen. So instead of the normal red screen black writing on 3's its now black with red writing like the odometer
while the radio unit was out, leds for the volume were changed - i cant take the credit as my buddies helped me do all of this

Reminds me of transformers, how they have that blue lens flare behind all the texts. Cool!

so you needed a new film for the polarisation?
and where did you get a bunch of leds? they sell those at auto parts stores or something?

Thanks for the comments guys

now to answer the below

unless you have the mad skills of peeling the original film and keeping it intact you will need new film which can be bought at 3dlens.com for 9.59 US a sheet which should be enough to do 2 or 3 cars. So split the costs and its a cheap mod.
Blue leds were actually supplied by a friend who already purchased them a while back and im not sure where he got them from. Obviously we bought ours over the net because we are in australia, but you might be fortunate to find them at your local stores.
His radio unit and speedo etc are all blue, very sexy and his flatmate soldered uv leds for the lcd screen instead of being red - weve tried taking pics but they dont come out clear enough to get an idea of the effect. One thing to note - there is a red film behind the volume button which needs to be scrapped off to bring the pure colour of your led through

There is a guide on the other 3 forum if you search, im sure it tells you what size leds etc you need + a how to for polarisation

Do you have instructions or methods for getting to those LED's ie how to take the unit out?
