So I was told that if I get a header, a cold air intake, and a new exhaust, then that is the best solution for my car as opposed to just buying an exhaust. What do you guys think about this? And what are some good headers and cold air intakes, and how much money will the header, intake, and exhaust probably come out to?

intake - Injen $180
header - Ractive (if you can find one) / or OBX $200
exhaust - Racing Beat $400
also, consider a cat-pipe / mid-pipe

No, man. It's not a waste if that's what you're into. The point is it just costs a lot to extract a small amount of additional power from our engines.

Well... a N/A header, intake, and exhaust wont work with a turbo so I wouldnt start there lol
The header, intake, exhaust are good starter mods. Nothing is ever gonna be worth the money spent if you dont enjoy it yourself, if you dont wanna do it then dont.
