If those clips are of the down pipe and catback from them that still leaves 1 of the 2 oem cats correct?

Hmmmmmmm, not sure. By looking at the corksprt stuff it looks like they have a catback exhaust and a shorty dwon pipe which replace the top cat only. You'd have to add a test pipe to remove the 2nd cat and have a complete turbo back system.

THE REAL INFO:
Corksport DP -- Replaces OEM DP and first cat. Still need a mid pipe and catback to finish off the exhaust.

CPE DP -- Full Downpipe that replaces both the stock DP and midpipe (both cats). Therefore, all you need is a catback exhaust, no midpipe

so cp-e is less hassle which is good..thats proly the reason it is louder since it has 1 less

haha, not really. it is indeed less hasle ( = less parts to deal with) ... however, you could get the same effect with a 3" DP and 3" catless midpipe and 3" exhaust.
no differences there. it mainly comes down to the amount of resonators/mufflers/and cats for sound.

so then it would more then likely be about the same cost once you got the mid pipe and shipping and all.

Why is there an option for a cat?
Will you pass smog if you have a cat vs no cat?

you don't need to worry about smogging your car for another 5 years here in california. all new cars bought after 2004, only need to be smogged at 5 years on the road.
i say go catless, and worry about smog in 2012

Your gona have to hold my hand with this one and explain it to me cos this is what i see unless i am just wrong.
RPM with 2 extra mufflers is still $42 less than CPE's cost W/O extras
