HiBoost FMIC Problem

Has anybody had any trouble with the HiBoost FMIC a lil bit after you installed it. The pipe that runs from the intercooler to my throttle body is rubbing. Its the first elbow coming off of the intercooler and its make a rattiling noise. Ill get some pics up later today, but its rubbing off of some kind of hook looking thing and the sheet metal cover you get with the kit that you attach to your fan on the rad.

I don't think anything should be rubbing, never had rubbing/noise issues. Only problems I ever had was the pipes popping off, used some real super glue to make them stay.
