I'm going to be replacing my tires, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap and decent all seasons? I don't race my car, its my daily and I handle it with care.

Go with Falken Ziex 512s. I run them for my all-seasons, on my wife's car, and recommend them to all my friends.
Places to purchase for cheap:

Why don't you go to the sites and find out? Vulcan will definitely be the best option for both of you, since they have a warehouse in PA. They'll get to you in 2 days if you ship Ground.

Suggestion:
Don't buy all-seasons. Buy a set of summers and a set of winters on steelies or something. It'll save you money in the long run plus last longer.

I would actually go this route. It's safer in the winter and more fun in the summer. In the long run you spend about the same amount of money as if you were buying all-seasons the entire time.

Yeah thats the plan ... i would just rather rock some all seasons on my daily driver because living up north you never know when weather will get bad out of no where and need some all seasons.

There are a lot of summer tires out there that do pretty well in rain. I've lived up north all but 12 months of my entire life and have been running summer/snows since I knew the difference (about 8 years now). The basic plan is put the summers on when you know there will not be any more snow (usually a week or two before the first autocross) and then put the snows on in later October - mid-November. Also, you can fit 15" steelies on the MSP which will yield cheaper snows and cheaper steelies. If you want to buy new, put in your car as a 2002 Mazda 626 on discounttiredirect.com or wherever you decide to purchase from.
